Unbelievable but true, this lady aging 98 years, still giving yoga training. People of all age groups love her advice to stay positive.

Tao Porchon-Lynch, aging 98, is the oldest yoga trainer in the world as Guinness World Records verified. The oldest yoga teacher and a world leader has changed the way we see our old age.

Tao started practicing yoga as a child 9 decades ago, when she saw boys doing yoga practices. Those days yoga and exercises were limited to male only. Besides facing severe critics she started practicing yoga and changed the myth about the male dominance on yoga and exercises.
